Mostaccioli Reali are characterized by thecareful selection of raw materials and the technique of preparation strictly respecting the tradition with regard to time and finish. The main ingredients of the Mostaccioli Reali produced by our confectionery are: quince, black cherry stracciata, almond paste, candied orange, crunchy and fine chocolate.
The mostaccioli are covered with a chocolate icing, while inside they are characterized by a soft dough with the flavor of honey and candied fruit.
The term "Reali" refers to the nobility of craftsmanship experience of those who with patience and conscience have been able to fix in time the values of the genuine traditions of Molise.
