Friarielli in extra virgin olive oil

Produced, processed and packaged in Molise.

The oil contained in the jar is an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality, so you can safely use it as a flavored condiment.

Friarielli are a leafy vegetable, which is called in many ways (broccoletti, because of their close resemblance to broccoli or even turnip tops) and is particularly difficult to find outside of Italy.

They are particularly tasty when sautéed with garlic and olive oil.

Excellent with pasta with friarielli but also to accompany meat and fish.

The calcium contained in 100 g of friarielli is 260 mg.

They are also a valuable source of potassium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc and iodine, essential elements for a healthy and varied Mediterranean diet.
