Eggplant fettuccine in extra virgin olive oil
Produced, processed and packaged in Molise.
We propose fettuccine with fleshy, firm, crispy and very tasty aubergines. Cut by hand and lightly blanched, seasoned with
parsley and chilli pepper.
They are recommended for hors d'oeuvres with cold cuts, bruschetta, crostoni with smoked provola cheese or as a side dish for main courses of meat.
The oil contained in the jar is an extra virgin olive oil of excellent quality; it is therefore possible to use it as a flavoured condiment.
