2. Scope of application
These general conditions of sale govern the offer and sale of products marketed through the Site, in compliance with Italian and European legislation applicable to distance contracts.
These conditions apply to all purchases made through the Site by users who qualify as consumers pursuant to the d.lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and, where compatible, also to purchases made by professionals or companies.
If the purchase is made by a person acting for entrepreneurial, commercial, artisanal, or professional purposes, some of the consumer protections provided by the Consumer Code may not apply.
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is Italian. Where available, some sections of the Site can also be consulted in English.
3. Products and pre-contractual information
For each product, an information sheet containing a description, essential characteristics, illustrative images, availability and price is available on the Site.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not accurately represent the product, particularly with regard to color, packaging, size, or aesthetic details. In the event of discrepancies between the image and the description, the written product sheet will prevail.
4. Purchase procedure and conclusion of the contract
To make a purchase, the Customer must select the desired products, add them to the cart, fill out the electronic order form with the required data, choose the payment method and confirm the order.
Submitting an order constitutes a contractual offer to purchase. Before confirming the order, the Customer is required to carefully check all the information entered and accept these General Conditions.
The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail from Molise.Store. The order confirmation will contain, where applicable, a summary of the products purchased, the price, any shipping costs, shipping and billing information, and the order number.
5. Product availability
The availability of products indicated on the Site is not binding, as the products may also be sold simultaneously through other channels.
If, after receiving the order, one or more products are unavailable, the Customer will be promptly notified via email. In this case, the Customer may choose to:
- confirm the order limited to the available products;
- request total cancellation of the order, where possible;
- accept any alternative solutions proposed by Customer Service.
In the event of one or more products being unavailable, any amounts already paid for the unavailable products will be refunded or not charged, depending on the payment method used.
6. Prices, taxes and invoicing
All prices indicated on the Site are expressed in Euros and, unless otherwise indicated, are inclusive of VAT.
Any shipping costs, customs duties, and any costs for additional services requested by the Customer or imposed by the destination country are indicated, where applicable, before the order is completed or calculated during checkout.
For purchases requiring an invoice, the Customer is required to correctly enter the required tax information during the order process or according to the instructions on the Website. An invoice cannot be guaranteed if the request is late or if the information is incomplete or incorrect.
7. Payment methods
The payment methods currently accepted on the Site are:
- Credit Card / Debit Card / Prepaid Cards;
- PayPal;
- Bank Transfer, where available.
7.1 Payment by card
Card payments are made through authorized payment networks and providers. The Site does not store the complete details of the card used by the Customer.
7.2 Payment with PayPal
By selecting PayPal, the Customer will be redirected to the secure environment of the relevant payment service provider and will be able to complete the payment according to the conditions established by that operator.
7.3 Payment by bank transfer
If bank transfer is selected, payment must be made within 3 days from the order date. After this period has elapsed without payment, the order may be cancelled.
Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed only after confirmation of the credit.

In the reason for the transfer, the Customer must indicate the order number, the order date and the name of the person placing the order.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipments are made to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase procedure.
Unless otherwise stated, orders received Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, are normally processed within 1-3 business days.
- Payments by card and PayPal: normally processed within 1-3 working days from order confirmation;
- Bank transfer: Processing normally within 1-3 working days from confirmation of credit.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, the selected courier, product availability, and any delays not attributable to the seller.

Once the shipment has been entrusted to the courier, the Customer will receive, where available, a communication with the tracking link.
9. Customs duties and additional costs
For shipments to non-EU countries or destinations subject to customs formalities, any duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or costs arising from additional services requested directly by the Customer from the courier are always the responsibility of the recipient, unless otherwise expressly indicated.
These costs are not refundable by Molise.Store.
10. Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to current legislation, the consumer's right of withdrawal may be excluded for certain categories of products, including:
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons and which have been opened after delivery;
- any other category for which the law provides for the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
If the purchased product is among those for which the right of withdrawal applies it is not excluded, the consumer may exercise it within the terms and in the manner established by current legislation and by the instructions published on the Site.
For fresh, perishable, or spoiled food products, returns or refunds based on deterioration due to reasons beyond the seller's control, such as courier delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, or lack of cooperation during delivery, will not be accepted.
11. Damaged, incorrect or non-compliant products
If the Customer receives a product that is clearly damaged, incorrect or does not comply with the order, he/she must promptly contact Customer Service via the page Contact us or by writing to info@molise.store, providing the order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, photographic documentation.
Reports must be sent within a reasonable time of delivery and, for perishable or obviously damaged products, preferably within 3 days from the reception.
Molise.Store reserves the right to verify the validity of the dispute before proceeding with a refund, replacement, re-credit or other appropriate solution.
12. Legal guarantee of conformity
For products to which the legal guarantee of conformity applies pursuant to current legislation, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by law in the event of a lack of conformity.
For non-food products and, in general, for goods to which the regulations apply, the legal guarantee applies in accordance with the law.
13. Limitation of liability
Molise.Store will not be responsible for disruptions or delays due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, strikes, traffic disruptions, courier delays, network problems, or other events not directly attributable to the seller.
The information on the Site is updated regularly; however, material errors, typos, inaccuracies, or omissions cannot be completely excluded. Molise.Store reserves the right to correct such errors at any time, even after receiving an order, without prejudice to the provisions of consumer protection law.
14. Sale of alcoholic beverages
If the Site sells alcoholic beverages, purchase is permitted only to adults. The sale and serving of alcoholic beverages to minors under 18 is prohibited.
By placing an order containing alcoholic beverages, the Customer declares that he or she is of legal drinking age. Molise.Store reserves the right to adopt age verification measures, including during delivery, where deemed appropriate.
15. Privacy and cookies
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, published on the Site and to be considered an integral part of these conditions where applicable.
