Butter

The butter we are proposing is present in Burrino or Manteca. The Burrino is a cheese characterized by a casing of scamorza cheese paste with a heart of butter inside. It is one of the solutions to preserve the butter correctly.

The truffle butter "Tartufo Regio" is made with locally produced butter.
