Sausages

Our sausages are produced exclusively with pork raised in the producer's plant in Molise. The pigs feed mainly on barley, corn and soybeans. The meat is mixed with the right balance of lean and fatty parts and with the addition of salt, pepper and natural flavourings which give the various products exceptional nutritional properties that the slow drying process helps to enhance. The mixture is stuffed into natural pork gut.
