Sausages
Our cured meats are made exclusively from pork raised in the manufacturer's Molise facility. The pigs feed primarily on barley, corn, and soy. The meat is blended with the right balance of lean and fatty meats, and salt, pepper, and natural flavors are added, giving the various products exceptional nutritional properties, which are further enhanced by slow drying. The mixture is stuffed into natural pork casings.
