Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of D.Lgs. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal is excluded for the supply of goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Molise.Store primarily sells food products, often fresh or subject to spoilage. For hygiene and consumer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised on properly processed and delivered orders.

You can request assistance only in the following cases:

  • product clearly damaged upon delivery;
  • non-compliant product or product different from what was ordered;
  • error in the quantities or type of products received.

Exclusions

Refund or replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • delays in delivery attributable to the courier or to force majeure;
  • deterioration of fresh products due to delivery delays not attributable to Molise.Store;
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the Customer;
  • failure to be available or poor collaboration during the delivery phase;
  • incorrect storage of the product after delivery.

Damaged or Non-Conforming Products

If the Customer receives a product that is clearly damaged, incorrect or non-compliant, he/she is required to contact Customer Service within 3 days of delivery via:

It is necessary to indicate the order number and always attach photographic documentation of the product and packaging.

Once the report has been verified, Molise.Store will communicate how to handle the matter (replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution).


Refund Policy

The refund, if due, will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

Molise.Store reserves the right to carry out appropriate checks before proceeding with a refund or replacement.


Legal Guarantee of Conformity

For any non-food products on the Site, the legal guarantee of conformity applies, where applicable, pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code.

The consumer has the right to the remedies provided by law in the event of a lack of conformity, within the terms and according to the conditions established by the legislation in force.
