Ratafia is a typical liqueur from Molise, made by infusing black cherry juice in local DOP red wine. The resulting elixir has a deep red color and a sweet, fruity flavor, with an alcohol content of 20%.

Ideal after a meal, it pairs perfectly with biscuits, almond pastries, and traditional Molise desserts. Serve chilled to best appreciate its bouquet.
