Molisana sweet sausage is made with selected lean meats (boneless shoulder, chopped ham and shoulder) and high-quality fatty parts (pancetta) from pure Italian pigs raised and processed in our facilities.
The meat is expertly processed with salt, black pepper, and natural flavorings, following the Molise tradition and ensuring a delicate and authentic taste.
Stuffed into natural casings, it is slowly cured for at least 30 days, developing a fragrant aroma and a soft texture that is pleasing to the palate.

This product is subject to natural weight loss and should be consumed after removing the casing.
