WHAT CARPACCIO IS
The carpaccio is made up of very thin slices of white truffle, arranged in the jar in an artisanal way, to which extra virgin olive oil and salt are added.
These slices are useful to flavour and garnish your preparations, they are very practical and ready to use.

CHICKEN BREAST ROLLS WITH TRUFFLES
Take a slice of chicken breast, salt and pepper lightly, place a slice of caciocavallo cheese and a few slices of truffle carpaccio, roll it up to form a roulade and serve.
Roll up to form a small roll and secure with a toothpick. Repeat until the desired number of rolls has been formed.
Flour the rolls
Fry in a pan with oil and butter.
Wet with a little wine and, as soon as it has evaporated, add a little milk.
Let it flavour and, when cooked, serve hot with several slices of truffle carpaccio as decoration.
