WHAT IS CARPACCIO?

Carpaccio is made from very thin slices of white truffle, arranged in a jar in an artisanal way, to which extra virgin olive oil and salt are added.

These slices are ideal for flavoring and garnishing preparations: practical, elegant and ready to use.

RECIPE

CHICKEN BREAST ROLLS WITH TRUFFLE

Take a slice of chicken breast, season lightly with salt and pepper, arrange a slice of caciocavallo and a few slices of truffle carpaccio , roll up to form a roulade and secure with a toothpick.

Repeat until you have made the desired number of rolls.

Flour the rolls.

Fry in a pan with oil and butter .

Moisten with a little wine and, as soon as it has evaporated, add a little milk.

Let it flavour and, once cooked, serve piping hot with several slices of truffle carpaccio as decoration.
