The special feature of this Liver Sa usage is found in the right proportions of the whole mixture, which makes it very tasty and unique in the seasoned sausage family.
Molisana Liver Sausage is best tried roasted on the grill or cut into slices.
Great for enriching a simple fried egg or omelet.
It can also be preserved in oil or better yet under lard
