    Molisana Spicy Sausage

Molisana spicy sausage is prepared with lean meats (such as boneless shoulder, chopped ham and underbelly) and selected fatty parts (bacon) of pure Italian pork raised and slaughtered in our factories, mixed with ground chili salt and natural flavorings in expertly dosed quantities.

Hot sausage can be used as a quick main course along with vegetables in oil and with homemade bread.

Spicy sausage can be used to make sauce; if sliced and added to fried egg, the ultimate dinner saver will be more

    delicious!

The degree of spiciness of chili is acceptable. Among the benefits of hot pepper we can mention its ability to reduce bad cholesterol, antioxidant properties, has vasodilatory properties and digestive effects. Fresh chili is a rich source of vitamins, (the A, C and beta-carotene).

Adding a little chili in the sausage makes for a very tasty variation.

    Good rule of thumb:

    - eat spicy food not on an empty stomach

    Recommended wine

You can choose a red of character such as the sought-after Tintilia Molisana (Opalia Tintilia or AE Tintilia)

Tintilia wine can also be used to cook "drunken sausage."

    - put the sausage in a pan after browning chopped onion and carrots in a little oil

    - add a glass of wine and finish cooking until the cooking liquid is reduced.
