The idea of creating, in the third millennium, a new farm in the mountains by two young brothers, was born from the desire not to abandon Capracotta, our country, trying to exploit its peculiarities: an exceptional territory in terms of natural environment and then agrarian, with excellent soil characteristics for the cultivation of high quality grain legumes such as lentils, chickling peas, beans, and "ancient" cereals almost disappeared as the spelt.
