Distilled using a discontinuous bain-marie copper system, from fermented Tintilia pomace, still moist, fresh and healthy.
The intense and decisive olfactory notes lead back to fruity scents, with a light spicy undertone.
Its vigorous body, aged for several months in French oak barrels, has further transformed its already elegant structure, enhancing its sweet aromas such as coconut, dried fruit and bringing back broad and long vanilla notes.
