It is a speciality based on white and bianchetto truffles under the brand name TARTUFO REGIO.
The intense flavor and the taste of cheese make it an ideal ingredient to cream risottos, to season fresh and dry pasta, gnocchi, ravioli, tortelli. Excellent on bread and croutons.

Farfalle with white and bianchetto truffle cream
