Farfalle with white truffle cream and bianchetto
The preparation is very simple because everything is ready in the jar.
After cooking the pasta, simply add the cream and mix thoroughly, adding some of the pasta cooking water if necessary to thicken the sauce.
Serve the dish with plenty of Parmesan shavings and fresh truffle if available.
