Capracotta is located in an exceptional area from the naturalistic and environmental point of view with excellent pedological characteristics for the cultivation of high quality grain legumes such as lentils, chickpeas and almost disappeared cereals such as spelt.

A range of unique products to help you rediscover the ancient flavours, now almost completely forgotten, and to introduce you to the endemic cultivation varieties typical of the Capracotta area.

The Capracotta legumes are the result of the work and tenacity of a small farm committed to an eco-sustainable mountain agriculture oriented to respect the land and the people who live there.
