Dolciaria Labbate Mazziotta is an artisan company based in Agnone, in the province of Isernia, in the heart of the Molise Apennines. Founded in 1976, it represents, although relatively young, one of the highest expressions of craftsmanship applied to confectionery products.
Specializing in the processing of chocolate, for two generations Labbate Mazziotta has handed down only the best of the confectionery tradition of Molise. The continuous search for perfection through purely craft processes and the use of raw materials of undisputed quality, all combined with a passion and a unique talent for the art of confectionery, have meant that this company became, over the years, guardian of typical Molise such as La Campana, Le Ostie and Mostaccioli Reali.
Our laboratories are equipped with the most modern technologies, which support and at the same time enhance the extraordinary craftsmanship of the company's master pastry chefs: in fact, for Labbate Mazziotta human skills have always been the reference point of the entire production, the added value and the focal element of the pastry art from which it is impossible to disregard in order to create real gastronomic masterpieces, energy and pleasure for the palate and soul.
Great pride for Labbate Mazziotta is the realization, now completed, of a new, large laboratory located in a picturesque green area that blends harmoniously into the green of nature.
