Molise Apple Vinegar - Antico Palmento
This natural apple vinegar is unpasteurized and unfiltered.
It is made from apples of local varieties grown in the Molise sector of the PNALM (Abruzzo, Lazio and Molise National Park).
It is vinified without the use of additives.
An ancient palmento dating back to 1864 is used for its pressing, which, through gentle and constant pressing, allows the wonderful beneficial properties of the apples to be best extracted.
The Palmento is a press of very ancient origin.
With the advent of hydraulic presses, the PALMERS were abandoned and the stones were used as ornaments in front gardens. The producer restored and put back into operation a millstone that belonged to his grandfather.
