Fannia - Falanghina Del Molise DOC is an authentic expression of the Monteroduni area, in the province of Isernia.

Here, on an area of one hectare and at an altitude of 560 meters above sea level, lies the vineyard that gives life to this unique wine.

The soil, medium textured with a prevalence of clay, offers ideal conditions for growing Falanghina grapes.

The vineyard is managed using the Guyot training system, which promotes better exposure to sunlight and optimal management of the vegetation.

With a production of around 70 quintals per hectare, a high-quality Falanghina blend is obtained.

The harvest takes place in mid-September, when the grapes have reached perfect ripeness.

After harvesting, the grapes are taken to the cellar for vinification.

Here, the process takes place entirely in stainless steel, from alcoholic fermentation to malolactic fermentation, thus preserving the delicate aromas and freshness of the grape intact.

The resulting Fannia wine has an alcohol content of 13% vol, faithfully representing the distinctive character of Monteroduni Falanghina .
