Storage
The truffle is very delicate.
It is possible to store it in a cool place and for a short period (maximum 7-10 days) wrapped in breathable gauze or kitchen paper and sealed in a glass jar.

Before enjoying the truffle make sure to clean it well from all traces of soil, rinsing it moderately and we recommend cleaning it using a brush or a small brush with semi-hard bristles.
