How to enjoy it
Caciocampana can be eaten alone, as an aperitif or appetizer, or it can be combined with different foods to make good and original recipes. Its meltiness makes it ideal for bruschetta, stringy fillings and flavorful stuffings. Try it with Molise sparkling wine OPS Consiva Brut or with a good Molise wine
